* Create source dist tar ball: python setup.py sdist

* Test this by installing it in a fresh new virtualenv. Run SanityChecks [./sanity_checks.txt].

* Upload the source dist to PyPI: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pgcli

* pip install pgcli

* Run SanityChecks.
